This family recipe has been handed down from Juaneitha Wilson Wiltbank. It makes a delicious sweet treat at the end of the day.
Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 1/3 sticks margarine
1 pound powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
Instructions:
Mix until creamy with hands.
Roll in small balls.
Melt large package butterscotch or chocolate chips and 1/4 cake paraffin in small pan.
Dip balls and cool.
Juaneitha Wilson Wiltbank loved to cook for her family. She worked as a school lunch lady for many years. She was the mother of 2 children, and lived from 1924-2003. Juaneitha was my husband’s maternal grandmother.
