Frank Wiltbank grew up in the small town of Greer, Arizona, along the banks of the Little Colorado River. When his grandchildren visited Frank’s hometown, Frank taught them how to make willow whistles. This summer, when Frank’s great-grandchildren visited Greer, the tradition was passed down to them. Now four generations of the Wiltbank family have learned to whittle willow whistles along the banks of the Little Colorado River in Greer, Arizona. Watch the video to see all the fun:
